there's always going to be some rude people out there and you are in the frontline so to speak.I would think to ask the boss who pays you.It's his money after all that puts you on the frontline.He will/should be the best person to ask for advice on this matter, and he possibly is aware of this nasty person who is making your life miserable.If he tells you to try harder to "be nice" then he must need the nasty beast or his money.If he tells you to deal with it in your own way,then he's got confidence in you and his backing
